Roadmap To PIP Approval 

  • We meet with you to learn about your business, discuss the internship model, and confirm that your company is a great fit for the program.

  • You provide basic business details, available hours, and your preferred worksite schedule. Ultra handles the rest.

  • A Service Provider submits your worksite for Regional Center approval. No action needed from you—we guide the entire process.

  • Our team completes all safety checks, documentation, and liability coverage. Your intern is fully supported through Ultra Services Inc.

  • We match you with a prepared Intern and connect you with their Service Provider. Together, we finalize a start date and smooth onboarding plan.
